As we say goodbye, albeit temporarily, to our beloved Cà Phê Coffee House, we cannot help but feel a surge of emotions. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and appreciation for each and every one of you who has been a part of our cultural culinary journey.

As we embark on this new adventure through Southeast Asia, we take with us a recipe book that has been passed down by our family from Vietnam. This journey is not only about discovering new flavors and techniques but also about retracing our family's journey and history through food. As immigrants and the children of refugees, this journey holds a special place in our hearts. It is a way for us to connect with our roots and honor the sacrifices our parents made to provide us with a better life.
